Your Queries Answered
Get quick answers to our most frequently asked questions.
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last 4–6 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and how well you care for them. We recommend touch-ups every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied by a trained professional using proper techniques, lash extensions do not damage your natural lashes. We carefully isolate each natural lash to ensure a safe, comfortable application.
Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?
Most lash extensions look full and dark enough that mascara isn’t needed. If you do choose to wear mascara, use a water-based formula only and avoid waterproof types, which can damage the extensions.
How should I care for my lash extensions?
To keep your lashes looking full and lasting longer, it’s important to avoid certain products and ingredients that can weaken the adhesive:
- Oil-based cleansers, creams, or makeup removers
- Heavy, oily mascaras or waterproof formulas
- Eye serums or products containing retinol, vitamin C, or acids near the lash line
- Alcohol-heavy products that can dry out the lashes or adhesive
For daily care: gently cleanse with a lash-safe foaming cleanser, avoid rubbing or pulling your lashes, brush them lightly with a clean spoolie, and schedule regular fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain a polished look.
